Flute Fingering Chart

Use this chart to learn new notes. Find the note that is on the same line or space as the one you are trying to figure out. This should tell you what the note is called and how it is fingered. Some notes may be on the same line or space and have the same letter name but may be fingered differently. For example A is different from Ab (flat) or A# (sharp). So make sure you check to make sure you are finding the right note. A note is always a regular letter (natural) unless it has a "b" or a "#" next to it or it has a "b" or "#" in the key signature at the beginning of the line.
